Join Mia on her journey to a new life….
Mia had just left the shutlle at Folkestone after passing through the Euro-Channel from Calais and traveling the fifty-mile route through the world’s longest underwater channel by train with her car – thirty-seven miles undersea in just thirty minutes. She was excited….

Hello! Thanks for checking out my blog. I'm a German writer and trainer. I was born in Munich grown up in the suburbs of Frankfurt. Most of my twenties I spent in London and the UK. Wherever I've lived, my obsession with dance, fitness and writing has followed!
During the last years I travelled abroad working as a wellness coach in countries like Egypt, Spain, Portugal and the popular island Mallorca. I also teach courses and workshops for yoga and pilates.
While having worked in marketing communication for several years from local to international companies and agencies, as well as on freelance writing projects as a copywriter, I also published my first novel "Lost and found in your eyes" which is available for download on Amazon.
I love the city and I'm also passionate about fashion - just another addiction - but I'm happiest spending time on a good book, dancing, doing a good yoga routine or enjoying the sun at the beach. It's the only place I stop thinking about writing - but just doing it;-)
live, write, thrive
