It’s the new we so often doubt and show scepticism while the established we trust, but maybe we should question the establishment more and giving the new a better chance to prosper.
As we dance into the fresh canvas of the New Year, let’s adorn ourselves in the garments of curiosity, questioning the status quo with audacious charm.
Yet, amidst this pursuit of the new, let’s not swing wide the doors to unwelcome guests, disrupting our soirée with their ill-mannered intrusion. Boundaries, though flexible, are the guardians of our collective space, ensuring harmony amid diversity.
So, let’s dive into the adventure of inquiry while elegantly sidestepping those unwelcome vibes that disturb our harmony. Here’s to a New Year—where bold curiosity meets graceful boundaries for a more enlightened journey ahead.
– Cheers to a Happy New Year – 2024

Hello! Thanks for checking out my blog. I'm a German writer and trainer. I was born in Munich grown up in the suburbs of Frankfurt. Most of my twenties I spent in London and the UK. Wherever I've lived, my obsession with dance, fitness and writing has followed!
During the last years I travelled abroad working as a wellness coach in countries like Egypt, Spain, Portugal and the popular island Mallorca. I also teach courses and workshops for yoga and pilates.
While having worked in marketing communication for several years from local to international companies and agencies, as well as on freelance writing projects as a copywriter, I also published my first novel "Lost and found in your eyes" which is available for download on Amazon.
I love the city and I'm also passionate about fashion - just another addiction - but I'm happiest spending time on a good book, dancing, doing a good yoga routine or enjoying the sun at the beach. It's the only place I stop thinking about writing - but just doing it;-)
live, write, thrive
